The platform is a business tool: it synchronises products, stock, orders, shipments and invoices between the providers you connect. You stay responsible for your own shops, fiscal documents and customer relationships; figures such as commission, profit and buy-box position are estimates built from the data your providers send.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers, which is why you are not asked for cookie consent.
- [Data Processing Agreement](https://www.piemsoft.xyz/en/data-processing-agreement): When a merchant imports orders into Rommerce OS, the merchant is the data controller of its customers' personal data and Piemsoft Yazılım ve Eğitim San.Tic.Paz.Ltd.Şti is the processor. This agreement, required by Article 28 of the GDPR, says what we may do with that data: process it only on the merchant's instructions, keep it secure and confidential, use only listed sub-processors, help with data-subject requests, report breaches without undue delay, and delete the data when the service ends. It applies automatically to every account; no signature is needed.
