What Rommerce OS does

A seller who lists the same product on a webshop and two marketplaces has three stock figures, three order lists and three places where a price can be wrong. Rommerce OS replaces them with one: a master catalogue, one sellable-stock figure per product, one order list, and one place where every synchronisation error is visible.

• Catalogue and stock - products, variants, EAN codes, warehouses, reservations and an auditable movement for every stock change. Sellable stock is physical stock minus reservations minus the safety buffer, pushed to every channel.
• Orders - imported from every connected channel into one list, with stock reserved the moment an order arrives.
• Shipping - AWBs with FAN Courier, Sameday, Cargus and DPD, tracking, automatic daily courier pickup, and the tracking number sent back to the webshop so the customer is notified.
• Invoicing - invoices and credit notes issued through Oblio, SmartBill or FGO, with e-Factura filing where the provider supports it.
• Returns - from marketplaces and webshops alike; stock moves only when the warehouse opens the parcel.
• Profit - per order, product and channel, after commission, shipping, packaging, returns and VAT, with exchange rates from the National Bank of Romania.
• Marketplace intelligence - buy-box monitoring on eMAG and Trendyol, loss alerts, and profit-aware repricing that never goes below the minimum price or margin you set.
• Finance - marketplace settlements, cash-on-delivery reconciliation and bank-statement matching.
• Automation - rules that react to a new order, low stock, a received return or a lost buy box.
• AI assistance - category, description, translation and attribute suggestions, and product-photo background removal, always applied only after you approve.

Who it is for

Online sellers based in Romania - from a single shop adding its first marketplace to teams selling across several EU countries - and sellers from Turkey and elsewhere entering the Romanian market. Each business works in its own isolated organisation, with roles for owners, operations, warehouse, finance and support staff.

How it is built

• Every organisation is isolated. One merchant can never see another's data.
• Money is never a floating-point number. Amounts are exact decimals that always carry their currency, and historical orders keep the cost, VAT, commission and exchange rate they had on the day.
• External calls are retried safely. Imports are idempotent, so a repeated webhook or a retried job never creates a second order, invoice or AWB.
• Connectors are honest. A connector only offers what the provider's API can reliably do.
• Security first. Encrypted credentials, two-factor authentication, IP allow-lists, audit logs, and a public API with signed webhooks.
